Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?

For now we only ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00 USD and it's free on orders of $70.00 USD or more. Express is $15.00 USD.

How long will my order take?

We prepare it in 1 to 3 business days. After that, Standard takes about 3 to 7 business days and Express about 1 to 3 business days.

How can I track my package?

When your order ships we'll email you the tracking number.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange my bag?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right.

Our pieces

What's the difference between a bag and a makeup bag?

Both have a full-opening design: the lid lifts all the way thanks to the wraparound zipper. The bag is longer and comes with its strap; the makeup bag is taller and more compact, with a top handle.

What is a twilly?

It's a slim scarf you tie on your bag's handle. It adds a flirty touch and you can switch it up to match your look.

Can I create my own combination?

Yes! In Build Your Bag you pick the bag or makeup bag, the color, the twilly, and the charm, and see how it looks before you buy. The preview is illustrative: the actual piece may vary slightly in how the twilly is tied or how the charm hangs.
